In case anyone misses the old index page (Mar – Jul 2009) or the even older one (Apr 2006 – Mar 2009).

I have much older webpages at these sites: nhy @ Singnet and nhy @ Tripod. I don't maintain them any more. (There used to be more, but these are the only two left.)
