The reflection off the paper is much more obvious here. Part of the box is cropped off due to trying to work around the non-100% viewfinder. Anyway, the scanner does not scan 100% of the negative.
I was unable to fill the frame (vertically) with just one panel because I don't have a macro lens. As a result, I have the brainstorm to put two panels in one shot!
Does it work? Well.. the panels are not flat, and that means DOF is a concern. Also, a non-flat panel means it cannot be used as a true-to-proportion 2D model of the original.
I was in a hurry, trying to squeeze these shots in 30 minutes to try to leave on time, and I was hungry. Due to the time constraint, I didn't plan the shots beforehand, and I did not define the objective of the shoot. Needless to say, I did not end up with very usable shots. (In the end I spent slightly over one hour to take 20 shots.)
