I was unable to get exact same framing due to frame blending. I picked a moving scene to illustrate the increased demand on the bitrate. The R0 has severe macro-blocking and some mosquito noise here due to its low bitrate. Overall, it is pretty okay, considering its bitrate (3.8 Mbps).
