The eye-catch flashes through the cast, using one frame per character. (This is a good test to see if you can read at 24 fps!)

It is obvious that the eye-catch is scaled up from a lower resolution source.
Also, PowerDVD will bob through this sequence if we leave it to auto-select. As a result, the frames are blended and the transitions are not smooth when you single-step through them. Force-weave will display the frames correctly, but other parts of the show may comb.
